Continuum of Care
A group of organizations and individuals working together to:
1. Promote a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness;
2. Provide funding for efforts to quickly re-house individuals and families who are homeless.
A4C + Western PA CoC
We are the Western Pennsylvania (PA) CoC's Youth Action Board (YAB), Advocates for Change (A4C)! We coordinate with the Western PA CoC to end homelessness, and cover a 20-county region that is largely rural.
Our mission is to expand services for youth, creating and maintaining support systems that can meet youth where they are, reducing housing instability.
